These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of lotsofpun.com (the “site”), operated by Webnex Technologies (“Webnex,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the site offers
Lotsofpun is a free collection of jokes, puns and one-liners organized by topic. The content is meant for entertainment.
2. Nature of the content
Humor is subjective. Some jokes use mature, edgy or sensitive themes, and some may offend you. Read at your own discretion. Jokes about real people, groups, places, shows and brands are made for comedic effect. They are not statements of fact, and they are not advice of any kind. A credit to a comedian, show or other source identifies where a line comes from and does not mean that person or company endorses or is connected with the site.
3. Intellectual property
The site’s layout, design, original text and graphics belong to Webnex Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Many jokes are traditional or widely circulated, and we do not claim ownership of them. Names, characters, logos and trademarks that appear on the site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the subject of a joke.
You may read the site, share links to it, and quote short excerpts with a visible credit and a link back to the page. You may not copy, republish, sell or distribute substantial parts of the site, or use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy its content in bulk, without our written permission.
4. Comments and submissions
The site does not currently accept comments. If comments or other submissions are accepted in the future, you will be responsible for what you submit, you will confirm that you have the right to submit it, and you will give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store and moderate it on the site. We may edit, decline or remove any submission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to break the law while using the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, impersonate another person, or use our contact address to send spam or unrelated solicitations.
6. Copyright and removal requests
If you own material on the site and want it credited, corrected or removed, email webnextechnology@gmail.com with the following:
- A description of the material and the address (URL) of the page where it appears.
- Proof or a clear statement that you own it or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your name, email address and a mailing address or phone number.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
We review each request and respond as soon as we reasonably can. We may remove or correct material while we do so.
7. Advertising and third-party links
The site displays advertising served by Google and links to other websites. We do not control or endorse third-party sites or ads, and we are not responsible for their content, products or practices. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, that arises from your use of the site or your inability to use it. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time. We may update these Terms, and the effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
11. Restricting access
We may block or restrict access to the site for anyone who breaks these Terms or misuses the site.
12. General
If a part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
